  • Continuing Evaluation of Diplomates. This is mandatory and it is essential that we have our activities recorded for inspection. Most years are going to be retrospective at the moment, but we should all establish records. Diplomates to be evaluated will be contacted by the Credentials Committee. The deadline for submission of the CED form will be Jan 1st. Download CEE form in Rich Text Format
  • Approved Training Centres will be expected to apply for renewal every 5 years. In addition to completing the Application form, the supervisors will also be expected to indicate the outcomes of the previous programme.
